With an extensive farming background, James possesses the knowledge to maintain high performance standards at all times and maximise customer return to the fullest extent possible.

Leigh is a director and founder of BB Harvesting - a recognised authority in contract harvesting and a frequent contributor to ABC Radio's Country Hour. His passion lies with creating new relationships within the agricultural sector and delivering consistent and superior results for all our clients.
Operations Manager
Glenn has been a member of BB Harvesting for the last 8 years - joining us for the harvest season operating and maintaining equipment. He recently took on a full time role of Operations Manager, where his project management skills and mechanical experience are a unique and exceptional asset.
Finance and Administration Manager
Brendan has been a member of BB Harvesting dating back to 2020 where he started out as an equipment operator. With extensive experience managing some of Australia's largest corporate superannuation funds he quickly joined us in an advisory role to help us grow to where we are today as Finance and Administration Manager.
Supply and Distribution Manager
Howard has been a valued member of BB Harvesting since 2022, starting as a harvest operator before quickly progressing to team leader. He has recently stepped into the full-time role of Supply and Distribution Manager, where his expertise in precision agriculture and strong management skills are a key asset to the business.
